Uniquely Individualised supports overwhelmed parents to reduce daily power struggles and build calm, confident leadership at home. Through structured, compassionate strategies, families move from reactive conflict to clear expectations, respectful behaviour, and greater responsibility.
Why Choose Us?
At Uniquely Individualised, we believe that calm, confident leadership is the foundation of a thriving family.
Children feel safest when expectations are clear, boundaries are steady, and adults lead with emotional regulation rather than reaction. Power struggles are not a sign of failure, they are a signal that structure and leadership need strengthening.
Our approach combines compassion with clear behavioural systems. We support parents to respond thoughtfully, hold firm boundaries without harshness, and raise capable children who take responsibility for their actions.
Lasting change happens when parents shift from reacting in the moment to leading with clarity and consistency.
Our unique framework, the Parenting Pulse Framework, guides families through a structured process of growth and self-realisation:
Pulse Check: We start with a thorough assessment to identify key parenting challenges and understand the current pulse of your parenting journey.
Pulse Vision: Together, we define clear objectives and envision a future where these goals are achieved, setting the direction for your family's growth.
Pulse Plan: We develop a personalised action plan, outlining the steps to bridge the gap between your current state and your desired outcomes.
Our mission is to help overwhelmed parents reduce power struggles and build calm, confident leadership at home through structured, compassionate behavioural support.
Individualised Structure: Every family is different, but effective leadership principles remain consistent. We tailor practical, structured strategies to each family's needs so change is realistic, sustainable, and measurable.
Calm, Confident Leadership: Children thrive when adults lead with steadiness and clarity. We believe parents create safety through emotional regulation, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through.
Compassion with Accountability: Empathy and boundaries work together. We support parents to respond with understanding while holding firm expectations that build responsibility and respect.
Practical, Real-Word Solutions: Lasting change requires more than advice. We provide structured, actionable guidance that parents can apply immediately in everyday situations.
Integrity and Professional Standards: We are committed to ethical, evidence-informed practice. Our guidance is grounded in professional experience, behavioural principles, and respect for every family's journey.
Connection That Strengthens Families: Strong relationships are built through leadership, not control. By reducing power struggles and increasing clarity, families create deeper trust and cooperation at home.
At Uniquely Individualised, our work is guided by clear principles that support calm leadership, responsibility, and lasting change in families.

The Meaning Behind the Dragonfly
The dragonfly represents the kind of change we help families create: deliberate, steady, and lasting.
Transformation: Real transformation is behavioural. When parents shift how they respond, lead, and set expectations, family dynamics change. The dragonfly symbolises this intentional growth.
Adaptability: Effective parenting requires flexibility without losing structure. The dragonfly reflects the ability to adjust calmly while maintaining clear boundaries and direction.
Clarity and Perspective: Dragonflies have exceptional vision. In the same way, we help parents step back, see patterns clearly, and respond thoughtfully rather than react emotionally.
Grounded Connection: Change does not require chaos. The dragonfly's balance between movement and stillness represents calm leadership- steady, regulated, and connected.
Hello! I’m El-Dez, the founder of Uniquely Individualised. I too know what it is like to parent a child who seems to be a difficult child.
If there were ever 5 different personality types that do not align or cross over, that would describe my tribe. Throw a little neurodiversity and gender differences in the mix, and you have what I call my Fierce Five.
I have a background in Psychological Sciences, I am a Registered Nurse, and a former Primary School Teacher. I bring a wealth of personal experience and professional expertise to my practice.
My philosophy is based on the Love and Logic principles, which emphasise empathy, logical consequences, shared control, and problem-solving skills.
